What is cable wire? Also called cable wire or “stringing wire”, sheathed cable wire is made up of small strands of 201 stainless steel braided together and surrounded by a nylon film, which makes it very resistant and gives your creations a real hold.
How to use this cable wire? To make a piece of wire jewelry you will need:
Crimp beads (to hold the wire and make your creation durable), bead covers (for a nice finish), flat pliers and cutting pliers as well as a cable protector (to protect your cable friction)
Sold in pieces of 2 meters of gold steel wire, coated with nylon. Diameter: 0.6mm Length: 2 meters
An essential thread for making your jewelry. Use crimp beads to close your creations, then use bow covers to hide the crimp beads.
